Bob is a veteran HR leader with over 24 years of global experience in people and culture optimisation, change management, and organizational transformations. Possessing both an MBA and Juris Doctor, Bob cut his teeth as a labour and employment attorney before translating his passion for making organizations work better for all stakeholders into various HR roles. Since 2000, Bob and the teams he leads have won numerous global, regional, and national awards, and his current company, 7Geese, has recently been nominated for the second year in a row as Best Service Provider for the upcoming 2019 Canadian HR Awards.
